Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 can 6 oz of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons diced celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp and seeds, leaving a hollow shell
