Tuna Avocado Salad



A healthy and refreshing salad with creamy avocado and canned tuna that is great for a quick and filling meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine tuna, diced avocado, red onion, celery, and parsley

Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the mixture

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Gently toss to combine all ingredients evenly
