Ingredients:
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 4 slices of brie cheese
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons cranberry mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Spread cranberry mustard on two slices of sourdough bread
Place 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of brie cheese on each of the mustard-covered bread slices
Top with the remaining two slices of sourdough bread to make sandwiches
Spread butter on the outer sides of each sandwich
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat
Place the sandwiches on the hot skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side
Press down on the sandwiches with a spatula while cooking to ensure they are evenly grilled and the cheese is gooey
Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half
Season with salt and pepper to taste
