Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing ramekins
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 320F 160C
Grease two ramekins with cooking spray or a small amount of oil
Fill a small bowl with warm water and add the white vinegar
Gently crack one egg into the bowl with the vinegar water, ensuring not to break the yolk
Carefully transfer the egg from the bowl into one of the greased ramekins
Repeat the process with the second egg and the other ramekin
Season each egg with a pinch of salt and pepper
Place the ramekins in the preheated air fryer basket
Cook the poached eggs in the air fryer at 320F 160C for 8-10 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness
Cook for less time for runny yolks or more for firmer yolks
Once done, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer using oven mitts or tongs, as they will be hot
Use a spoon to gently scoop out each poached egg from the ramekin and serve immediately
