Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C for 5 minutes
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Dredge each pork chop in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chops to adhere
Place the breaded pork chops in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding
Air fry at 400F 200C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork chops are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
