BBQ Chicken with Bacon and Cheddar



Smoky barbecue sauce, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese come together in BBQ Chicken with Bacon and Cheddar to make a dish that will make your mouth water. It's great for a summer barbecue or any time you want to taste great barbecue flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

On both sides, salt and pepper the chicken breasts

Put two pieces of bacon around each chicken breast and secure them with toothpicks if you need to

Put the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches 165F 75C inside and the bacon is golden brown

As the chicken breasts are almost done, brush them with BBQ sauce and top them with shredded cheddar cheese

Put the lid back on the grill and wait one to two minutes for the cheese to melt

Take the chicken breasts off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes

Then you can serve them
