Ultimate Energy Bites



These Ultimate Energy Bites by Deliciously Ella are packed with nutritious ingredients and provide a natural energy boost. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly, making them a perfect snack for those following a paleolithic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Process the dates and almonds in a food processor until a sticky mixture forms

To the mixture in the food processor, add the shredded coconut, raw cacao powder, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of sea salt

Once all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the mixture has the consistency of dough, pulse the mixture

After taking the mixture out of the food processor, form it into bite-sized balls with your hands

To firm up, place the energy bites on a parchment paper-lined tray and refrigerate for at least half an hour

The energy bites are ready to eat after they have cooled

Any leftovers should be refrigerated in an airtight container

These energy bites are the ideal paleo-friendly snack to give you a boost of energy all day
