These Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are a delicious twist on classic pizza flavors. Perfect for a cozy night in or as a party snack, they are easy to make in a slow cooker, resulting in gooey, cheesy, and savory bites.
Ingredients:
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Spread the pizza dough out into a square
Put pizza sauce all over the dough in a thin layer
The sauce should have mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of it
Spread out the pepperoni slices on top
Adding garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top feels good
Make a log shape out of the dough
Cut the log into rolls that are 1 inch thick
Put the rolls in a slow cooker that has been greased
Cover and set the heat to low
Let it cook for two to three hours, or until the rolls are done and the cheese melts
