Seasonal Non-Dairy Latte Trio



With these three non-dairy lattes, you can enjoy the tastes of the season. Enjoy the warm and cozy pumpkin spice, the rich and creamy cocoa coconut, and the soothing mix of honey and spices. Great to drink on cold days or whenever you want a creamy, tasty latte without dairy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup over medium heat until steaming

In a mug, pour brewed espresso or coffee, then add the heated pumpkin milk mixture

Stir well

Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired

In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over medium heat until combined and steaming

In a mug, pour brewed espresso or coffee, then add the heated cocoa coconut milk mixture

Stir well

Sprinkle with cocoa powder or grated chocolate for extra decadence

In a saucepan, heat oat milk, honey, ginger, turmeric, and cardamom over medium heat until combined and steaming

In a mug, pour brewed espresso or coffee, then add the heated honey oat milk mixture

Stir well

Top with a dusting of ground ginger or cinnamon for added flavor
